Refund Policy Overview

All sales of subscriptions to Tasks Checklist are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments once they have been processed.

This policy exists for the following reasons:

  • Substantial hosting and infrastructure expenses are incurred immediately upon subscription activation
  • Our third-party service providers do not permit refund requests for resources already utilized
  • Digital services cannot be "returned" once access has been granted

Free Trial and Testing

We offer a free plan that allows you to test our service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to:

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:

  • Cancellation can be done through Paddle's customer portal
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period

Subscription Management

All subscription changes, including cancellations and plan modifications, are handled through Paddle's customer portal. You can access your subscription management options through the link provided in your purchase confirmation email or by contacting our support team.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Service access failures: If you were unable to access the service for an extended period due to issues on our end
  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
  • Unauthorized transactions: Fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed through Paddle to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
